In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with baking soda, once effervescent add the salt and sugar, stir. Add the crumbled feta cheese and sifted flour, knead a soft dough that nearly sticks to the hands, finish kneading with a little more flour.

Divide the dough into 10 equal parts, roll out each into a thin sheet, place 1 piece of cheese and fold in the ends to cover it. Roll it out into a larger sheet.

Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil on low heat, place 1 of the pitas and cook with a lid on until reddened. Flip pita over and cook on the other side, this time without a lid.

Before cooking each subsequent pita, pour in 1 tbsp oil into the pan. They're wonderful and they'll have you drooling!find similar recipes here
