Cut the washed zucchini into strips about 1 finger long.
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Separately, pour the white flour mixed with 1/2 tsp salt in a plate. In yet another plate, mix the corn flour and breadcrumbs.
Prepare a wide baking tray with baking paper, smear lightly with oil. Sprinkle the zucchini with black pepper and a pinch of salt. Roll each strip first in white flour, then in beaten eggs and finally in the corn flour and breadcrumbs.
Arrange them in the tray, sprinkle oil well on top. Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) until golden.
Take out into a plate and serve with the yoghurt sauce.
