How to cook
Cut the chicken meat into bites.
Salt them, sprinkle with black pepper, pour on the soy sauce and lemon juice, then leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Take them out of fridge, sprinkle them in the tray with flour, stir with your hand.
Beat the eggs with a whisk and add them to the tray with the bites. Stir.
Prepare breadings from the sesame seeds and breadcrumbs, then another from cornflakes and breadcrumbs (or just 1 of these).
Take pieces of the meat, roll them in the breading and arrange in another tray.
Fry in hot oil.
Serve with a sauce of mixed together yoghurt, mayonnaise and garlic.
