Boil the potatoes, peel and cut them into medium sized cubes. Cut the pickles into small cubes and add them, along with the potatoes, into a large bowl.
Pour the juice from the jar of pickles and olive oil on, for the potatoes absorb. Add salt to taste.
Cut the dill finely and add it to the potato salad with pickles. Optionally, serve with boiled and chopped eggs.
