Clean the potatoes and cut them into strips. Put them in the tray, sprinkle spice mix and olive oil. Stir and put them in a preheated oven to bake until ready.
Cut the bacon into strips and braise them in a little oil for 2-3 min. Add the milk, processed cheese and cream cheese. Stir until the cheeses mix well and you obtain a smooth sauce.
Add the black pepper and chopped fresh dill.
Pour the resulting sauce over the potatoes.
Grate the cheese on top and return to the oven for 10-15 min.
Serve with fresh salad.
