How to cook
Clean the zucchini and dice them.
Sprinkle them with olive oil and bake in a heated oven.
After they soften, add the finely chopped garlic and tomatoes.
Stir and add the tomato paste.
Season with salt, add the sugar too.
Stir and bake another 5-6 min.
Serve the dish sprinkled with fresh thyme.
