How to cook
First, mix the sugar, eggs and oil. Then pour on the hot water while stirring. Finally, put the flour in.
Optionally, put some of the mixture into a tea cup, add in 1 tablespoon cocoa and stir thoroughly. Pour half the mixture into a floured oven dish, add the cocoa mixture, then the remaining mixture.
Put the final mixture in a preheated oven, and bake on just the bottom element. Once it swells in the oven dish, turn on the top element as well.
