How to cook
Beat the 3 eggs with the sugar and pour this into the well (save the 4th egg for smearing).
Knead a soft dough and if needed pour in a little more flour. Don't knead too long, just enough to make the dough smooth.
Transfer it to a floured counter and roll out a sheet a little thinner than 1/2″ (1 cm). Cut out the shapes of your desire and arrange them onto baking paper in an oven tray. Leave space between them.
Smear each with the beaten together egg, a little oil and several drops water. Sprinkle sugar on generously.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 12 min.
