How to cook
Dissolve the yeast with the sugar in the warm milk. Sift the flour in a bowl. Make a well, pour the yeast, egg yolk, yoghurt and salt in it.
Knead a soft dough. Leave it to rise and divide it up into 6 balls. Roll out each ball into a rectangle. Smear with oil and sprinkle with feta cheese.
Wrap up into a tight roll and cut it down the middle. Pull them apart, with the cut part facing up. Now, wrap each of them into a spiral and arrange in an oiled tray.
Leave to rise and smear with beaten yolk. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 35 min.
Take it out of the oven and smear with butter. Sprinkle with grated cheese and mixed spices.
