How to cook
Tenderize the chicken with a kitchen mallet and sprinkle it on the outside with black pepper and salt. Cut the mushrooms up.
On each of the chicken breasts, spread a layer of cream cheese and mushrooms.
Put two pieces of bacon around each chicken piece and pin with a toothpick.
Place the prepared rolls in a greased baking dish. Bake the Chicken and bacon rolls at 482°F (250°C) for about 30-35 minutes.
Before serving, remove the toothpicks.
