How to cook
Boil the turkey to a complete state, then drain, pat dry and sprinkle them with spices.
Wash the rice. Fry crushed onion and garlic in a little oil. Add the rice, stir briefly and season with spices.
Transfer to a baking dish, add about 4 and 1/2 cups hot water and bake the rice until ready.
In a deep pan, heat quite a bit of oil. Dip the chicken legs in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, then fry them to a nice tan.
Serve the turkey legs with a side of rice, sprinkled with some crushed parsley.
