How to cook
Take the peppers out of the jar and drain out the juice. Beat the eggs with a little black pepper. Pour a little oil in a tray and arrange a layer of peppers.
Crumble feta cheese on top, pour on some of the eggs, oil.
Arrange another layer of peppers, crumbled feta, eggs and a little savory. It's best to have enough for another layer, so use a smaller tray if possible.
Once you've arranged the peppers, sprinkle a little feta on top, beaten eggs and chopped round slices of green pepper, sprinkle savory and put to bake until reddened.
Take it out and sprinkle cheese, return to the oven for the cheese to melt.
