Sift the flour. Make a well. Pour in the yoghurt, the baking soda extinguished in the vinegar and add the salt. Pour in a little cool water and stir. Knead a soft, nonstick dough. Shape it into a smooth ball.
Spread out the dough and roll it out slightly.
Smear the sheet with oil, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and wrap it up into a roll. In turn, arrange the roll in a spiral and put it in an oiled tray.
Poke it with a fork in several spots, then leave the soda bread in a warm area for 15 min. to relax.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
Wrap the ready soda bread with a clean and dry towel, leave for 20 min. for the crust to soften.
