How to cook
Rub the chicken legs with the salt, black pepper and paprika.
Clean the peppers of their seeds and dice them, chop the chili pepper finely.
Put the pan with the oil on the stove.
Once it heats up, add the chopped peppers, onions, garlic and chili pepper.
Add the tomato paste which you've diluted with a little water.
Saute the vegetables, then pour them into a tray. Arrange the chicken legs on top.
Pour in the wine and bake until the meat is ready. Boil the pasta according to packet directions.
Serve the dish, using the pasta as a garnish.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
