How to cook
Sift the flour. Add all the dry ingredients and stir. Beat the egg whites to snow, the yolks with the milk, oil and vanillas into a cream.
Carefully stir the flour with the yolks and milk, next add the egg whites too.
You need to obtain a pancake batter that's thicker than the usual. Heat a pan and bake slightly thicker than average pancakes.
Serve decorated with blueberries and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
