Tenderize the steaks lightly and sprinkle with spices. Leave to season a bit for 30 min., then braise for 1-2 min. in heated oil. Arrange them in a tray and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 70 min. or until ready.
Meanwhile, start preparing the sauce. For it, heat the butter on low heat in a suitable container and add the flour. Leave it to braise briefly, while stirring nonstop.
Pour the milk in a thin trickle and continue stirring. Add the spices and cheese, then remove from the heat. Pour the prepared sauce over the steaks and bake the whole dish for a final 10 min. in the oven.
