How to cook
Remove the skin from the liver, wash it with cold water let it dry. Mix the oil with the white pepper and marjoram.
Peel the apples, cut them into pieces and remove the seed part. Mix the honey with beer.
Cover the liver with oil and bake on a charcoal or electric grill on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Cover the apples with the beer mixture and bake them on the grill for 4 minutes on each side.
Add salt to the liver and add the grilled apples.
