How to cook
Mix the chopped dried fruit with the flour, coconut and salt.
Separately beat the butter with the icing sugar and add the egg. Once you obtain a homogeneous mixture, add the milk and rum. Pour the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture.
Gradually, knead soft dough, if necessary add a little milk or flour. From the ready dough thin elongated roll with a diameter of about 3 cm, wrap it in foil and leave in the fridge for 40 minutes.
Then, from the roll, cut out 1 cm thick cookies with a sharp knife. Arrange them in a pan with baking paper and put them in to bake for 15 minutes.
Halfway through the baking, you may turn them over.
