Ingredients

  • partridge - optional
  • flour - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g) for each grouse
  • breadcrumbs - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • eggs - 1.
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to cook

The cleaned and aged in brine partridges are sprinkled with salt and pepper.

Cut in half and coat with flour, egg, bread crumbs and egg again. Fry on medium heat.

Serve warm with selected salads.
