Combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs.
Beat the egg whites to snow. Separately, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture obtains a creamy consistency. Add the egg whites, yogurt and oil.
Finally, add the flour mixture and mix well. Put one tablespoon of the mixture in each of the forms, then add jam.
Pour another tablespoon of the mixture. Bake the cakes filled with jam in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
