Cut the meat into coarse pieces and sprinkle with salt, paprika, cumin and salt.
Place them in a baking tray. Chop the onion, mash the garlic. Evenly pour oil on the bottom of the tray.
Add the diced potatoes, the onion, garlic, and the carrots, cut into round slices.
Add the wine and 2 cups of water.
Bake in an oven on low heat for about 2-3 hours.
