Melt the sugar, brandy and honey over medium heat. Remove from the heat and add crushed chocolate.
Mix to a smooth paste. To the chocolate sauce, add one egg and mix well. Then add cocoa powder and flour. Stir until all the flour is mixed in.
Add nuts and mix again. The nuts should be covered by chocolate. Bake at 266°F (130 °C) in the middle of the oven in a baking dish with size 25x11 cm in a preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
