First, activate the yeast in a little milk. Beat the eggs, add the rest of the milk. Sift the flour and knead a stretchy dough from all of the products, leave it to rise in a warm area.
Once risen, divide it into 4 equal parts and roll out each into an oval sheet.
Smear the 1st with the chocolate, place the 2nd sheet on top, smear with chocolate, place the 3rd, smear again and cut the whole thing into 8 slices but leave the middle uncut.
Cut each slice along the middle and fold from the bottom going up through it. Round off every other one to obtain a flower with 4 different leaves.
Leave to rise in a warm area, then smear with beaten egg. Pour on sugar. Bake in a preheated 338°F (170 °C) oven.
