How to cook
Boil the potatoes and mash them with flour, eggs, salt and pepper. Optionally, add other herbs, such as parsley and savory.
Allow the mixture to rest for 20-30 minutes. Form small balls from it. Beat all ingredients for the crumbing together. Another option is to mix it with beaten egg whites.
This way, the crumbing will become fluffy. Dip each ball in the crumbing and place it in a hot oil bath.
Fry the potato balls to a nice brown tan. Serve them with a side of salad.
