How to cook
Beat the eggs with the honey. Dilute with the milk, add salt, cinnamon, baking powder and flour gradually. If necessary, add a little more flour until you get a moderately thick pancake batter.
Grease a pan and drop a scoop of the mixture into it. Cook the pancakes on both sides. Smear the ready pancakes with a little honey and fold them. Serve the honey pancakes warm.
