Okra with Tofu
- okra - 11 oz (300 g)
- garlic - 6 cloves
- onions - 1 head
- tomato sauce - 3/4 cup
- broth - 2 cups
- tofu - 9 oz (250 grams)
- black pepper
Clean the okra and cut its handles. Put it to boil for 10 minutes in salted water with 1 tablespoon vinegar, then strain.
Heat a little oil in a saucepan and fry the onion and crushed garlic. Add the okra and tomato puree.
Stir and dilute with hot broth. Allow the dish to simmer until the okra is fully cooked.
Add the spices and chopped tofu.
