Debone and remove the skins of the chicken leg. Cut it into small bites. Heat the oil and braise the meat for 2-3 min. Take them out using a slotted spoon and transfer to a small tray.
In the meantime, peel, chop the potatoes and add them to the meat. Once the cheeses heat up a bit, pour the mixture into the tray. Add a pinch of salt and the spices.
Stir and cover tightly with foil. Put the dish in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven and bake about 20 min. Remove the foil and bake about a final 10 min.
