Clean and chop the vegetables. Roast them on a grill pan or barbecue grill. Arrange in a suitable plate. Roast the goat cheese and arrange it on top of the vegetables.
Dice the feta, chop the parsley, dill and garlic finely. Sprinkle generously over the veggies, distribute the feta cheese cubes on top.
In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce and salt (if needed). Stir well and pour the resulting dressing over the veggies.
