Put the beans to boil and discard the first water. Once it comes to boil again, chop everything up, add to the pot, excluding the leeks, and add all the spices.
Once ready, add the tomato sauce.
Braise the leeks in a pan with the flour, paprika and transfer to the pot with the beans.
The consistency turns out to be quite nice - it's not quite a stew, nor a bean soup.
