Mix the white wine with ketchup and mustard. Marinate with this mixture the pre- tenderized and seasoned with salt and pepper chicken breasts.
Let them soak for 30 minutes. Heat some oil in a pan and put the chicken in to fry on both sides evenly.
During this time you can tear up the lettuce and mix it with croutons, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Arrange the chopped chicken and grate cheese on it. Eat in good company with a glass of chilled white wine. Enjoy your meal!
