Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips.
Put the egg whites with the other ingredients in a container and stir well.
Put the potato strips in a deep container and pour the egg mixture over them.
Stir the potatoes themselves well.
Arrange the strips in a tray laid out with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated 437°F (225 °C) oven about 15-20 min.
