  • zucchini - about 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • beer - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • flour - 4 tablespoons


Cut the zucchini lengthwise, salt and leave to drain for 15 min.

Stir the flour and beer together until you obtain a thick sludge.

Heat oil, dip the zucchini slices in the sludge and fry until golden.
