"Read the label on those ready-made crackers and put them back carefully on the shelf - we have a much tastier and healthier alternative for you."

Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • linseed - 8 tablespoons (poppy, sesame, caraway, etc.).
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • milk - 1 cup (240 ml)

How to make

Mix the dry ingredients, add the oil and a little of the milk at a time. Knead a dough.

Leave the dough for 10 minutes in the fridge.

Make a very thin, about 5/64 (2 mm) layer.

Cut it into the desired shapes, and arrange them on baking paper.

Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until golden.
