Tasty Rice with Tomatoes
- rice - 4/5 cup (200 g)
- canned - 1/2 jar of tomatoes (peeled and cut)
- onions - 1 head
- paprika - 1 tablespoon
- for decoration
- olives - 3
- green onions - 1 sprig
Peel the onions and chop them finely. Saute for 2-3 min. Add the paprika, tomatoes from the jar and stir.
Once boiling well, add the rice and as much water as needed depending on the rice type, 1:3 ratio in this case.
Boil until rice is cooked, add salt to taste, savory for aroma. Before serving decorate with olives and a sprig of green onions.
