Sprinkle the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, cumin, savory and oil.
Leave covered with foil for 30 min. to season.
Then put them in a tray, pour in the beer and put in a 392°F (200 °C) oven for 1 hour 20 min.
During baking, take the tray out and smear the ribs with the sauce using a brush; if sauce is reduced pour in a little more beer and bake until ready.
Serve cut into pieces with lemon slices.
