"Who said that the tastiest potatoes are fried? They must have never tried these irresistible baked potatoes."

Ingredients

  • for the patties
  • potatoes - 3.75 lb (1.7 kg)
  • caraway - 1 3/4 tsp
  • parsley - 3 1/2 tablespoon
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • for the crumbing
  • flour - 10 tablespoons
  • breadcrumbs - 10 tablespoons
  • eggs - 1 3/4
  • for the sauce
  • yoghurt - 2 cups (500 g)
  • garlic - 3 1/2 cloves
  • dill - 8 1/2 sticks

How to cook

Boil the potatoes in salted water. Peel and mash them with a fork.

Add cumin, parsley, pepper and salt. then mix well. To make round patties, roll them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, then place in a greased baking dish.

Bake at 392°F (200°C). Serve warm with garlic sauce, made from the mixed yoghurt, crushed garlic and finely chopped dill.
