First, boil the macaroni. Then braise the onions, garlic and mince. Add the wine, tomatoes, 2/5 cup (100 ml) warm water and finally the chopped roast pepper.
Leave the sauce to boil about 5-10 min. Add the spices and stir the mixture well. Lay out a thin layer of the mince mixture in a tray.
Pour the boiled macaroni on top and salt lightly. Lay on the rest of the mince mixture. Pour the topping mixture (stirred well beforehand) on top.
Bake the moussaka in a 356°F (180 °C) oven about 30 min. or until it catches a nice crust.
