Ingredients

Preparation

Grate the zucchini and carrots finely and squeeze them lightly.

Chop the parsley finely. To them add the juice of 1/2 lemon, then stir all the ingredients together.

Form meatballs, arrange them onto baking paper and bake in a preheated 428°F (220 °C) oven about 20 min.
