Beat eggs, add milk, then flour, and finally tomato paste, sugar and salt. Stir until it is a homogeneous mixture.

In a pan with a little oil, fry 1 scoop of the mixture. The pancakes are fried on both sides until they get a nice tan.

Can be served with caviar, cheese and sausages.
