Ingredients

  • mince – 18 oz (500 g)
  • potatoes - 2.21 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 1 head
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cooking oil
  • black pepper
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Fry the minced meat and chopped onions. Add washed and chopped potatoes.

When slightly softened, pour enough hot water in to cover the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

When it's ready, top the hot moussaka with grated cheese.
