Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • whole wheat flour - 2 cups
  • oats - 1/2 cup
  • flax seeds - 1 tsp, ground
  • salvia - 1 tsp of seeds, optional
  • water - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup oil / olive oil
  • brown sugar - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • jam - 3 tablespoons, homemade
  • nuts - 1/2 cup, crumbled, by choice
  • dried fruits - 1/2 cup, mix

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a pre-greased oven dish or form. Put to bake in moderately hot oven and do not open it for the first half hour.

Then bake for another 10-15 minutes. Instead of jam, you can make the cake with finely chopped apples or add seeds and fruits of your choice and desired quantity.
