Heat the milk and pour it over the oats. Now leave it for 10-15 minutes. Beat the eggs with the sugar, gradually add the flour, then add the soaked in milk oats.

Grate some of the apples and mix them with the juice of 1 lemon and its grated zest. Add the grated apples to the oats, as well as the baking powder.

Pour the mixture into a tray that you've greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Cover with apples that you've sliced thinly. Place small pieces of butter on top. Bake at 356°F (180 °C) for about 20 minutes.find similar recipes here
