Heat the olive oil, add the garlic, chopped zucchini and green onions. Saute them for 4-5 min. and leave them aside.

Boil the penne. In the meantime, beat the yolks and season them with salt and black pepper.

Right before the pasta is ready, put the pan with the zucchini back on the stove, mix with the cream and bring to a boil.
