  • cake layers - 2, brown and square
  • cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • vanilla - 1 cream packet
  • meringues - 5 - 6
  • coconut flakes - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • raspberries - 1 cup (250 g)


Cut each cake layer into 2. Make the vanilla cream according to package directions. To it, add a part of the other cream you've beaten.

Place one cake layer onto a platter. Smear it with part of the vanilla cream. Sprinkle with crumbled meringues and raspberries. Cover with a second layer, smear with cream once again, meringues etc.

Continue in this manner and finish with the final layer. Smear the entire cake with the rest of the vanilla cream. Sprinkle with coconut flakes, meringues and raspberries.find similar recipes here
