Ingredients

  • dock - 3.5 oz (100 g), frozen, or use spinach
  • rice - 1/2 cup
  • onions - 1 tbsp, grated
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • paprika - 1 pinch
  • spearmint - to taste
  • for the topping
  • eggs - 1, fresh
  • yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

In oil and 1/2 cup water, saute the dock (or spinach) and 1 tbsp grated onions, black pepper and salt.

Once they're left in mostly just oil, add 1 tbsp butter, 1 pinch paprika, the washed rice and spearmint to taste.

Transfer to a small oven dish and pour in 2 1/2 cups water. Put it to bake in a 392°F (200 °C) oven and once the rice absorbs the liquid, pour on the beaten eggs, yoghurt, flour and salt and bake to a golden crust.find similar recipes here
