Ingredients

  • veal tongue - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • butter - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • bay leaf - 1 - 2
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • cumin - to taste

Preparation

Wash and clean the veal tongue well.

Boil it in salted water with the bay leaves.

Melt the butter in a pan and add the tongue to it.
