Ingredients

  • noodles - 1 pack
  • cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml) liquid + 1 small pot of sour
  • white pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • tomatoes - 3 small tomatoes
  • cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • oil - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • salt

Preparation

Boil the macaroni, letting them remain slightly firm and drain them. Mix them with spices and chop the tomatoes into thin slices. Spread them in a clay pot or large pan.

Beat both creams and divide into equal parts in each pot. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese and put to bake for 10-15 minutes in a moderately heated oven.
