Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 9 oz (250 g) small
  • peas - 2/5 cup (100 g) boiled
  • corn - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) canned
  • mushrooms - 5.5 oz (150 g) canned
  • peppers - 2
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper
  • all purpose spice - for pork

Preparation

Cut the meat into small pieces. Braise them in the oil until golden.

Add the small onions and chopped peppers.

Lower the stove, pour in a little water and cook until the meat softens.

Add the mushrooms, peas and corn, pour in the soy sauce and spices to taste.

After 5 min., take the pan off the stove.
